While I was out of town working, my wife phoned to say the furnace had quit. Jordan responded promptly, and was very thorough in his diagnosis, also taking the time to show me the issue through FaceTime. Unfortunately the furnace had to be condemned and replaced ( and it was plain to see why ). While we waited for a new furnace to arrive, he returned with several space heaters to tide everyone over and keep them warm. As a husband and father I really appreciated this knowing my family was taken care of. The install job was done in a very professional manor and communication was smooth from beginning to end. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Over the top should any future issues arise.
